GFP803 high-performance 3D magnetic flux gate digital transmitter is a product of over 10 years of design experience in magnetic flux gate digital transmitters accumulated by Koley Company. It adopts a new design architecture and electronic components, and is designed according to industrial standards. GFP803 combines high precision, high stability, and high reliability, and can be connected to computers, regulators, PLCs, and display meters. It is easy to integrate into integrated systems and can meet various complex usage environments in military, defense, and scientific research.


GFP803 high-performance 3D flux gate digital transmitter adopts three 24 Bits 1600ksps ADCs, with a dynamic range of up to 158dB. It converts magnetic field strength into digital signals at high speed and high precision, and the digital output (RS485) rate can be set between 1sps-1ksps. Typical application scenarios include geomagnetic detection, package detection, underwater magnetic field monitoring, traffic monitoring, residual magnetism measurement, weak magnetic field measurement, laboratory, etc.


The GFP803 digital transmitter has two measurement ranges, namely ± 100 μ T and ± 1000 μ T. Within the full range, the actual measurement resolution reaches 0.1nT. Users can choose the spectrum analysis function for precise analysis of AC magnetic fields, with a magnetic field resolution of 0.1nT and a frequency analysis resolution of 1Hz. GFP803 digital transmitter has an accuracy of 0.2% and a frequency response range of DC-1kHz. Equipped with TI's 0.1 ℃ precision temperature sensor; After temperature compensation, the typical temperature coefficient is ± 30ppm/℃.


The GFP803 digital transmitter can be networked using our company's multi-channel synchronous data acquisition system. It can run up to 128 channels simultaneously, with each channel having an acquisition speed of 1sps-500sps and a maximum synchronous acquisition rate of 64000ps.


The GFP803 digital transmitter has two types of packaging, namely standard packaging and submersible packaging. The protection level of standard packaging is IP67; And the submersible level packaging can support working up to 50 meters underwater, making it very suitable for underwater magnetic field monitoring and measurement. The GFP803 digital transmitter has passed CE certification and EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) testing.

Array weak magnetic field testing system


The array weak magnetic field testing system consists of up to 128 high-performance 3D flux gate digital transmitters GFP803, multi-channel synchronous collectors MSS, and upper computer software. It is mainly used for multi-point testing of various spatial variation magnetic fields, multi-point online monitoring of environmental magnetic fields, magnetic ship model magnetic field measurement experiments, on-site testing of electron microscopy and magnetic resonance equipment pre installation, and judgment of magnetic shielding effect.

The upper computer software supports a Chinese interface and has rich functions: automatically recording and displaying the XYZ axis and vector magnetic field data curves of each measurement point; Real time saving of measurement data for each probe (maximum speed 64000 sps: 128 synchronous sampling channels, 500 sps per channel); Real time online display of magnetic field strength along the XYZ axes and vectors for each measurement point; Spectrum measurement mode (option).
